I'm a software engineer with a background in professional acting. Strange combo, I know. The two have more in common than they look: both reward people who pay attention, get the details right, and don't take themselves too seriously. These days I work mostly on React component libraries, design systems, and developer experience.

Currently a Senior Engineer at MUI. Previously at Z1 and topi. I'm always looking for new possibilities to improve and I must acknowledge that it's likely I'm addicted to learning new things. Right now I'm tinkering with hardware (≧ω≦)

I also post videos about dev life as @rita_codes. The standups that go nowhere, the bugs you find at 3am, the PR comments you'll never recover from. If you've worked in tech, you've probably felt it.

Besides working I have a life and two small, furry responsibilities: Tofu and Miso, my chihuahuas. They are always in danger because they're small in real life but huge in their minds.

I'm also a music enthusiast and once a professional musician, I play violin and piano and love listening to indie-rock music. Sometimes I binge on series, anime and videogames. Japanese culture is another of my passions.

So, long story short, I'm a very enthusiastic person always followed by the two cutest dogs in the world.
